Hope Bico Amarelo

Portugal / Vinho Verde

The Esporão Vinho Verde Bico Amarelo is a lively white wine from the famous Vinho Verde region in Northern Portugal. Made from a blend of Loureiro, Alvarinho and Avesso grapes, this wine has a light lemon yellow color in the glass.

With an alcohol content of 12%, the wine offers a refreshing bouquet of citrus fruits, green apple and subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is light, fresh and elegant, with a lively acidity and subtle sparkle, characteristic of Vinho Verde, resulting in a long and refreshing finish.

The Esporão winery is known for its sustainable wine growing practices and dedication to quality. Fun fact: the name 'Bico Amarelo' refers to the 'yellow beak' of the birds that are common in the Esporão vineyards. This Vinho Verde is perfect as an aperitif, or a great accompaniment to seafood and light salads.

Nebla Verdejo

Spain / Castile and Leon

Vicente Gandía is considered the largest winery in Valencia and the surrounding area. In addition, according to the internationally recognized wine guide the Penin Guide, the winery has the best price-quality ratio.

The Nebla Verdejo is a very attractive straw yellow wine with green hues and 13% alcohol.

A bouquet of fennel and freshly mown grass but also with plenty of tropical fruit (pineapple and mango). The finish is full-round and fruity with characteristic fresh acids.

Dona Ermelinda white

Portugal / Palmela

The Dona Ermelinda Branco is a unique blend of mainly the indigenous Portuguese grape varieties Fernão Pires and Arinto, supplemented with a hint of Chardonnay and Antão Vaz.

This wine comes from the sun-drenched Palmela wine region in southern Portugal, near Lisbon, and has an alcohol content of 13%. The colour is a vibrant lemon yellow, with aromas of fresh citrus, tropical fruit and a hint of flowers on the nose. The wine is beautifully balanced, with a fresh and fruity profile and a long finish.

An interesting fact about the Casa Ermelinda Freitas winery: it has been in the same family since 1920, with Ermelinda Freitas breathing new life into the winery after the death of her husband. This wine is a wonderful tribute to the strength and tenacity of Dona Ermelinda. It is an excellent choice for a summer afternoon or as an accompaniment to light fish dishes.

Moscatel Roxo

Portugal / Setúbal

Quinta do Piloto Roxo, a seductive white wine made from the rare red Moscatel Roxo grape, is a real treasure from the Setúbal region of Portugal.

This unusual white wine from the typical red grape produces a wine with an alcohol content of 12.5%, characterised by its intensely aromatic bouquet and bright straw yellow colour.

On the nose it reveals exciting notes of lychee, rose petals and a hint of spice. The wine is both rich and refreshing, with a beautiful balance and a subtle sweetness that contrasts perfectly with its lively acidity.

Quinta do Piloto has a rich history dating back over 100 years. It is owned by the Cardoso family, who have a deep dedication to the land and the grapes it produces.

Interestingly, the estate takes its name from its founder, Pedro Cardoso, a distinguished pilot. With its unique character and fascinating provenance, Quinta do Piloto Moscatel Roxo White is a delight for any wine lover.

Reveur Chardonnay Grande Reserve

France / Languedoc-Roussillon

This Reveur Chardonnay Grande Réserve is an exceptional white wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon, France.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a bright golden color in the glass. With an alcohol percentage of 13.5%, this wine shows extensive aromas of ripe yellow fruit, butter, vanilla and toasted nuts, characteristic of wood-aged Chardonnay.

On the palate the wine is full and round, with a rich texture and a wonderful balance between the ripe fruit aromas and the fresh acidity, leading to a long and pleasant finish.

The winery is known for producing traditional wines of high quality. 20% of this wine has been aged in wood. This Chardonnay is delicious with grilled fish, poultry or creamy pastas.

Radacini Pinot Grigio

Moldova / Codru

The Radacini Pinot Grigio is an excellent white wine from Moldova, a wine region that is increasingly gaining international recognition.

Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, this wine has a light straw yellow color in the glass. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, the wine reveals a fresh bouquet of green apples, pears, and hints of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is light, dry and refreshing with a pleasant acidity and a clean, bright finish.

Located in southern Moldova, Radacini Winery is known for its modern approach to winemaking, using both indigenous and international grape varieties. Fun fact: Radacini means “roots” in Romanian, a symbol of their deep connection to the land.
