Fire of Arancio Passiari

Warm, sultry Italian red wine. With a dark purple color and an expressive scent: ripe fruit of cherries, blackberries, plums and red berries, but also all sorts of other things, such as tobacco, dark cocoa and sweet spices. Ripe tannins give the wine softness. The beautiful acids next to it ensure a perfect balance. A good marriage between Nero d'Avola and Syrah.

Food & moment
A wine for later in the evening after dinner, delicious with a board full of cheeses. Or else with dinner, think of pasta bolognese, hearty risotto, grilling on the barbecue, smoked ham, but also, just a little more exciting, fried fish.
