The House of Bio Carmen Verdejo

La Casa De bio! That sounds like music to the ears and promising! Also lives up to its name with clean and clear organic wines. And we like that! Originating from the wine region Castilla La Mancha, Organically grown vineyards and vegan vinified. Here with the local Verdejo. A light yellow color with greenish hints. Intense aromas of white fruit, tropical fruit, grapefruit. Lots of juice. Fresh and very fruity with a good structure.

Food & moment

Aperitif wine and always suitable to serve with grilled dishes, vegetable dishes and tapas. Pour it at 8-10 degrees and then it feels at its best.

Cheerful Verdejo. Organic and vegan. Passes the inspection with flying colours. Apples, grapefruit, great structure. Apéro wine par excellence.
