Margaça Família Reserva red

The Margaça Família reserva red is a wonderful example of what the Margaça family can make on the limestone soils of their vineyards. Full-bodied wines with lots of structure and of high quality. In the mouth, the fruity aromas of black cherries and plums stand out and accompany the tasting until the long and very pleasant aftertaste.
The wine is ready to drink now, but will benefit from a longer bottle age of 3 to 5 years.

Wine and food combination:
This intense and rustic wine is delicious on its own if you like a full fruity wine by the fireplace, goes well with a nice cheese, but is also very good to use gastronomically. The Margaça Família Reserva red also combines very well with red meat, fried, grilled or with a nice strong sauce, with game dishes and stews. Because the wine has spicy aromas, lively tannins and good acidity, it also goes delicious with lamb.
