Radacini Vintage Merlot

Merlot from Moldova with a velvety character. Ruby red in colour and soft-fruity in aroma: ripe dark fruit, plums and cherries. Complemented by some vanilla and dark chocolate. The wine has a lush and soft mouthfeel. With a good balance between the fruit, wood and tannins.

Such a friendly Merlot with a silky character drinks very smoothly. Just like that, but also with food. Think of a hamburger, lamb burger, roasted chicken with thyme and rosemary, a minced meat dish, grilled pork (pork neck), chops or spiced stew with lots of tomatoes. Prefer vegetables? Beans, mushrooms or roasted peppers.
