The bond between the earth (terra) and the Cielo family was born in the Valle del Chiampo in 1908, specifically on the Casa Defra estate, around the modest Cielo family vineyard. Giovanni Cielo's newly established family activity began to bear fruit immediately. Since Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo (4th generation) took over the reins, the Cielo family business has been strengthened by the union of tradition and the experience of more than 2,000 wine producers from the Colli Berici. Cielo e Terra has achieved its mission.
About the wine The chic bottle alone is something to behold! Can the taste live up to the high expectations? Absolutely! A beautiful combination of Chardonnay and Fiano. The aroma shows roasted nuts, ripe stone fruit, honey and meadow flowers.
The taste starts soft and full, quickly followed by the aromatic of the Fiano: fruity and flowery. The finish is crisp and fresh.
