About the Wine Here Calusari goes a step further for the Chardonnay lover with just that little bit of wood influence in the wine. Beautiful straw yellow. The scent immediately reveals itself pleasantly with yellow apples, peach but also hay and a lick of vanilla. The wood is very subtle and does not dominate. Fine creamy mouthfeel, freshly churned butter and fine fresh pear in the taste. Very soft acids to also end that aftertaste nicely creamy.
Lots of wine for little money. Piece of salmon from the oven, fish smoked on hay on the Green Egg. Avocado salad with fried bacon bits.
