Apple fresh with fresh Granny Smiths and citronella as dominant factor in the aroma. A spicy but fine mousse in the introduction. Then very pleasant and accessible in terms of taste, with green apple and pear against again a zesty, sparkling citrus background and a solid serious aftertaste. This is a cava that you uncork for its freshness and its direct no-nonsense character. One that immediately makes life a party.

Therefore, serve this “instant and direct pleasure” cava young and fresh, preferably at around 6 to 7 °C, as an aperitif or with some salmon carpaccio, goat's cheese, oysters or ceviche.
