Dosnon Recolte Noire Champagne Brut (on request)

Dosnon Champagne is a small producer that makes unique champagne with a modern look by using very elegant labels. The domain is located two kilometers from the border of the Côte d'Or and therefore has the same terroir as Burgundy: calcareous clay soil with large angular limestones, identical to some Grand Cru terroirs in Chablis.

Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques. The barriques come from a tonnelier in Puligny-Montrachet and have been used by top producers such as Domaine Leflaive. The Récolte Brute has been tested as the best in Winelife several times.

Elegant nose with citrus, grapefruit and toast. In the mouth a fine mousse and a good concentration with brioche, dry with beautiful, ripe acids.
