Radacini Métier brut

Métier is the name of the, slightly better, line of wine producer Radacini. They are excellent masters of the trade. Made according to the Méthode Traditionnelle of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. This gave the wine a refined complexity with a very nice fine mousse. It is elegant, fresh, and with a delicate nose with aromas of green apples, gooseberry and citrus. An excellent bubble with a beautiful price.
