By briefly letting the pink skins of the Pinot Grigio infuse, this Methode Traditionelle from Moldavia gets its pink color. Then blended with 45 percent Sauvignon Blanc for even more freshness and aromas. Matured for at least 9 months on its yeast cells. A real mature rosé bubble. They can do it well there in faraway Moldavia. Delicate, fruity with notes of red currants, citrus, accompanied by a bit of refreshing menthol at the end. Well-structured mouthfeel, also finely tight at the end.
Food & moment Ideal as an aperitif, but also very versatile as a food accompaniment, goes well with a variety of dishes: shrimp cocktail, duck breast salad with raspberry dressing. Even goes well with dessert, especially white chocolate mousse with raspberries. Also great with a wedding cake!
