Radacini Reserve Cabernet/Merlot/Syrah

Seductive red from Moldova. A beautiful blend of three large grapes. Hand-picked and made with passion. The wine surprises with aromas and flavors of ripe dark fruit, such as blackberries, cherries and plums. But also sweet spices: think of nutmeg and cloves. This is the result of maturation in new oak barrels. Velvety soft, rich and with well-integrated tannins. Let the wine age a little.

Food & moment

Decant the wine an hour before you sit down to eat. Then serve it with richer dishes. Think of a Moroccan lamb stew or a steak with mushroom cream sauce. Goes well with: spicy meat dishes, cream sauces, red meat.
